Set goals for your music career

If you truly want to be successful in the music industry, you must set goals for yourself. Whether you are an artist, manager, or DJ, you will highly benefit from writing down your goals, then setting out to accomplish them. For example, if you are an artist or band, you can set daily goals to accomplish.
Getting your song on a particular radio station, or getting booked at a particular venue. Make a checklist on paper, or even on your tablet or smartphone. It is proven that when people put goals they want to accomplish in writing, they tend to get them done faster. You will achieve so much more in your career. Give it a try. People that tend to be more organized, usually are more successful.
I know several artists who have a daily check sheet for themselves that they write the night before.
They get so much done in a day than most people do in a week. Be realistic about your goals, list things that you know are possible to do. It is the best thing you can do for your career!
