Korg MS1 MicroSampler Keyboard

The Korg MS1 MicroSampler Keyboard is an amazing sampler. You can load your own samples and put effects on them and put them into patterns to create songs. It has three banks for sounds. Each bank contains 36 samples (a maximum of approximately 160 seconds of recording time for monaural samples at a 48 kHz sampling rate) and sixteen patterns of sequence data. It runs on batteries too so you can capture sampled sounds anywhere. There is a line input for instruments and devices and a mic input. The knobs and keys are built well and have a pro feel. It sells at Guitar Center for around $350.
